Intermittent fasting is a great tool to use when trying to restrict calories and add structure to your diet.
You restrict yourself to only certain times of the day to eat, which will drastically reduce your caloric intake which may result in weight loss.
As we are currently in the Ramadan Fasting period, I wanted to provide healthy nutrition tips for fasting, which the times of day to eat in this podcast is for Ramadan hours, but can be applied to any hours of fasting a person wishes to set for themselves.
